    • A method of performing network re-entry of a mobile station based on restart of a base station and an apparatus for performing the same are disclosed. The method comprises the steps of receiving a first message from a base station, the first message including a restart count of which value is varied whenever the base station is restarted; comparing the restart count value with a count value previously stored; and transmitting a second message to the base station if the count values are different from each other, the second message including a first identifier for identifying the mobile station in respect of connection information (context) of the mobile station and a ranging purpose indication field set to a value indicating network re-entry due to restart of the base station.

    • The present invention relates to a VoIP communication technique, and more particularly, to a method for performing efficient scheduling for VoIP communication and performing VoIP communication according to the schedule. According to one aspect of the present invention, a method in which a base station that performs VoIP communication with a mobile station allocates a resource to the mobile station comprises: a step of receiving a first CQICH codeword type from the mobile station; a step of allocating an uplink resource having a first bandwidth size type to the mobile station for every first interval type; a step of receiving a second CQICH codeword type from the mobile station; and a step of allocating an uplink resource having a second bandwidth size type to the mobile station. Preferably, the first bandwidth size type is preset to a bandwidth size for VoIP packet transmission, the first interval type is preset to an interval for said VoIP packet transmission, and the second bandwidth size type is preset to a bandwidth size for SID packet transmission.
