    • The present invention relates to an electrical outlet device which cuts off the standby power of peripheral devices (such as a printer, a monitor, a speaker, etc.) when the power of a computer is turned off or when the computer is switched to a power-saving mode. As a result, electric charges are reduced, and the excessive emission of CO2 caused by the unnecessary production of electric power is prevented to reduce environmental pollution.
