摘要： The inventive method and device are intended for transferring castings to the area of a blow-forming unit designed to produce thermoplastic containers. A blank is fed to at least one heat producing unit for the purposes of preliminary heating and to at least one blow-forming unit. On at least one section of the path, the blanks are held by a gripping device (33) and the casting (32) positioned by a holding member (23), relative to which a positioning device (24) is fixedly mounted, just as a direction setting device is mounted fixedly relative to the holding member (23). In the case of a relative motion by the gripping member (33) in the direction of the casting (32) to be gripped, the direction setting device (17) is so positioned relative to the positioning member (24) that the gripping member (33) is also positioned relative to the casting (32). The method enables material degradations and rubbing off to be prevented.

摘要： The container-manufacturing method proposed calls for a heated blank (1) made of thermoplastic material to be stretched and blown using a gas under pressure. The blowing operation is divided into a preliminary phase using a gas at a relatively low pressure and a subsequent main phase using a gas at a higher pressure. The ratio of the container diameter (23) to the internal diameter (20) of the blank (1) is greater than 4.0. The blank (1) has a mean wall thickness (18) greater than 3 mm and, at least at the beginning of the preliminary blowing phase, the temperature of the material in the area to be worked is higher than 70 DEG C. The temperature of the material on the outside surface of the blank (1) is, at the most, equal to the mean temperature of the inside surface in the area to be worked. The length of the preliminary blowing phase is less than 1.0 seconds. During the preliminary phase, the blank (1) is expanded to at least 50 % of the volume of the finished container (13).
