摘要： The process and device are used for the blow moulding of containers (2). In this process, a parison (1) is subjected to forming after heat-conditioning within a blow mould (3) by the action of blowing pressure to give the container. The blowing gas required is passed through a connection element (42) into an inner space of the parison. A pneumatically controlled piston (43) exerts pressure on the connection element for sealing purposes with respect to the parison (2) in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the parison. An interior chamber (44) in the cylinder is subdivided into a head chamber (62) and a base chamber (61). To set an operating condition of the piston, at least one actuator (70) actively and pneumatically exerts pressure on both the head chamber and the base chamber for at least a period, in such a way that prescribed forces act on the piston.

摘要： In an apparatus for manufacturing thermally set plastic vessels according to the present invention, a metal mold which is heated to and kept at a heat setting temperature is used, and a hot air supply and discharge passage communicating with a preform is provided between the outer circumferential surface of a stretching rod and a mandrel, a cold air supply passage, which communicates with the interior of the preform, being provided in the interior of the stretching rod. A hot air supply and discharge mechanism and a cold air supply mechanism are provided in these passages via switch valves or change-over valves. According to the present invention, the hot air is supplied to the interior of the preform simultaneously with the starting of a preform stretch-blow molding operation, to carry out the stretch-blow molding and heat setting of the preform with the above-mentioned valves controlled suitably. After the preform has been heat set, the hot air is discharged, and the cold air is then supplied to cool the molded vessel. According to this invention, the stretch-blow molding of a preform, the heat setting of a molded vessel, and the cooling of the heat set vessel for the purpose of taking out the same from the mold are carried out in a single metal mold as a sequence of operations without a loss of time.

A blank is fed to at least one heat producing unit for the purposes of preliminary heating and to at least one blow-forming unit. To this end, following thermal conditioning inside a blow-molding tool a preform is shaped into the container under the action of blowing pressure. The necessary blow-molding gas is introduced into an interior space of the preform through a connecting element. The connecting element is pressurized in the direction of a preform longitudinal axis by a contact pressure device in order to seal it relative to the preform. Pressure forces acting on the connecting element are absorbed by a mechanical retainer of the contact pressure device. The connecting element is detachably fixed by the retainer.

摘要： Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zur Blasformung von Behältern. Es wird hierbei ein Vorformling nach einer thermischen Konditionierung innerhalb einer Blasform durch Blasdruckeinwirkung in den Behälter umgeformt. Erforderliches Blasgas wird durch ein Anschlußelement hindurch in einen Innenraum des Vorformlings eingeleitet. Das Anschlußelement wird zur Abdichtung gegenüber dem Vorformling in Richtung einer Vorformlingslängsachse von einem pneumatisch gesteuerten Kolben beaufschlagt. Ein Zylinderinnenraum wird in einen Kopfraum und einen Sockelraum unterteilt. Sowohl der Kopfraum als auch der Sockelraum sind zur Vorgabe eines Betriebszustandes des Kolbens aktiv mindestens zeitweilig von mindestens einem Stellelement derart pneumatisch beaufschlagt, daß vorgegebene Kräfte auf den Kolben einwirken.
