摘要： A method for disposing of resin wastes which does not generate dioxine and comprises the step of charging resin wastes into a container cut off from the atmosphere, and the step of heating and burning the resin wastes by suppling oxygen into the container at an oxygen ratio, defined by the following formula: oxygen ratio = oxygen feed quantity/(C x 32/12 + H' x 16/2), of not greater than 1, and thermally decomposing the wastes while the temperature is kept at not lower than 500 DEG C. Further, the present invention provides a method of thermally decomposing the resins in the container by adding a fuel as well as oxygen at an oxygen ratio of not greater than 1, whenever necessary.

摘要： A method of disposing of wastes containing organic compounds which does not generate DXN detrimental to the human body, which comprises (a) the step of charging wastes containing organic compounds into a container cut off from the atmosphere; and (b) the step of supplying oxygen at a quantity ratio of not greater than 1 between oxygen and combustible elements combining with oxygen in the waste inside the container to burn the wastes inside the container, and heating the waste to not lower than 500 DEG C and thermally decomposing them. A fuel can be supplied with oxygen. Further, burning of the fuel with oxygen is preferably carried out by an oxyfuel burner. The wastes containing organic compounds are at least one member selected from the group consisting of shredder dust of automobiles or electric home appliances, city garbage, used tires, various other plastic wastes, waste oils (machine oils), and agricultural chemicals.

摘要： Conventionally, DXN detrimental to the human body has been generated in the disposal of wastes containing organic compounds. This invention aims at providing an apparatus, and method for disposing of the wastes without generating DXN. The fundamental construction of this apparatus is as follows: (a) a feeder for supplying wastes containing organic compounds, equipped with means for preventing intrusion of air; (b) a gasifying apparatus including combustion means for generating a combustion gas substantially free from oxygen and means for discharging ash while preventing intrusion of air, in order to thermally decompose the wastes containing organic compounds which are supplied from the feeder; (c) heat recovery means for recovering sensible heat of the gas generated by the gasifying apparatus; (d) purification means for removing detrimental components from the gas from the heat recovery means; and (e) dust removing means for removing dust from the gas from the purification means. The method of the present invention comprises: (a) the step of supplying wastes containing organic compounds while preventing intrusion of air; (b) the step of thermally decomposing the supplied wastes by a combustion gas substantially free from oxygen while preventing intrusion of air, and discharging ash while preventing intrusion of air; (c) the step of recovering sensible heat of the gas generated in the above steps; (d) the step of purification by removing detrimental components from the gas the heat of which has been recovered; and (e) the step of removing dust from the gas.
