摘要： Described is a free-flowing granular material containing, as its main constituent, bleach activators for use in washing textiles, the activators being embedded in finely dispersed solid form in a phase, consisting primarily of solids, which extends throughout the grain and which acts as a binder. This binder phase is made up of a homogenized mixture of anionic surfactants and solubilizers selected from the short-chain alkyl sulphates with up to 10 C-atoms, the relative amounts of the constituents of the mixture being chosen so that the mixture softens to a liquid or plastic state at the temperature at which the granular material is produced. Granular bleach activators of this kind are obtained by mixing the finely divided bleach activators with the constituents of the binder and optionally other additives, homogenizing the resulting mixture at preferably moderately elevated temperatures to give an extrudable compound, extruding at elevated pressure, chopping the extrusion to give the required grain shape and, optionally, smoothing off any sharp edges.

The invention also relates to multi-substance mixtures in the field of solid washing or cleaning agents or multi-substance compounds for this application, characterised by the use of the sodium silicates defined above.

摘要： A granulated foam regulator suitable for use in surfactant-containing washing and cleaning agents contains an inorganic and/or organic base material and an anti-foaming active substance. In order to obtain a storage-stable foam regulator which does not lose its effectiveness when it is incorporated into a compacted heavy powder, its apparent density is set at a value in a range from 700 g/l to 1100 g/l and its mean grain size is set at a value in a range from 0.7 mm to 3 mm. Less than 6 % by weight of the foam regulator particles have less than 0.4 mm diameter and less than 25 % by weight of the particles have more than 1.6 mm diameter. The foam regulator is produced by extrusion of a homogenous premix of alkali carbonate-containing base material and anti-foaming active substance through perforated moulds with 0.5 mm to 5 mm wide openings, under pressures from 25 bars to 200 bars. After leaving the perforated mould, the extruded hank is cut by a cutting device into lengths that differ by less than 20 % from the diameter of the perforated mould.

摘要： High-density extrudates are produced under pressure, with a homogenous solid premix being pressed into a strand at these pressures and, following extrusion, the strand being cut up by a cutter to the predetermined granulate size, but with no essential increase in the pressure and thus in the specific work as the throughput is increased. This is accomplished by using in the extrusion premix a self-regulating system consisting of preparation constituents having intrinsically viscous effects and preparation constituents having dilatant effects. Since, in macroscopic terms, there is no change in the pressure in the compound sufficient to effect an essential change in the specific work, the extrusion throughput can be increased in a given system with approximately the same temperature or in the same temperature range as before the increase in throughput (approximate constancy of temperature). As a result, temperature-sensitive constituents, for example peroxy bleaching agents, can also be extruded despite the increase in throughput.

This is achieved by using an agent whose paraffin wax is solid at room temperature and of which at least 35 % by wt., but less than 100 % by wt., becomes liquid at a temperature of 40 DEG C.

摘要： The purpose is to produce solid washing and cleaning agents with a high powder density or a component therof by the addition of solid and liquid detergent raw materials with simultaneous or subsequent shaping and, if desired, drying, in which the agents containing the usual components like anionic tensides, builder substances, alkalising agents and liquid niotensides and, if required, water or aqueous solutions exhibit an improved rate of dissolution at temperatures between 15 and 60 °C. This is achieved in that firstly all the solid components are mixed together and then the liquid components are added. To improve the dissolving properties, an additive is introduced into the process after the solid components have been mixed. The additive to improve the dissolving properties consists of fatty alkyl sulphate, olefine sulphate, alkyl-aromatic sulphonates or mixtures thereof. The additive which is solid per se may be either introduced as the last solid component or added to the other already mixed solid components, or it may be introduced into the process in the form of an aqueous mixture, preferably in a 25 to 60 wt % aqueous solution. The per se solid additive content of the agent is preferably 0.5 to 8 wt %.

These compositions are used in washing or cleaning products, have high apparent densities and substantially no fine grain fraction. They are impregnated with liquid compositions whose ingredients substantially consist of the components of usual washing and cleaning products that may cause problems during spray drying. In order to produce such compositions, builders are used which consist of at least 60 % by weight, in relation to the impregnated builder component, crystalline stratified silicates in the form of granules with more than 650 g/l apparent density. These crystalline stratified silicate granules are preferably obtained by roller compacting.
