摘要： A granulated foam regulator suitable for use in surfactant-containing washing and cleaning agents contains an inorganic and/or organic base material and an anti-foaming active substance. In order to obtain a storage-stable foam regulator which does not lose its effectiveness when it is incorporated into a compacted heavy powder, its apparent density is set at a value in a range from 700 g/l to 1100 g/l and its mean grain size is set at a value in a range from 0.7 mm to 3 mm. Less than 6 % by weight of the foam regulator particles have less than 0.4 mm diameter and less than 25 % by weight of the particles have more than 1.6 mm diameter. The foam regulator is produced by extrusion of a homogenous premix of alkali carbonate-containing base material and anti-foaming active substance through perforated moulds with 0.5 mm to 5 mm wide openings, under pressures from 25 bars to 200 bars. After leaving the perforated mould, the extruded hank is cut by a cutting device into lengths that differ by less than 20 % from the diameter of the perforated mould.

摘要： Described are surfactant-containing granular materials consisting of a) 10 to 45 % by wt. of alpha -sulpho fatty-acid alkyl esters or a mixture of such esters with at least one other anionic surfactant selected from the group comprising the sulphonates and sulphates, the alpha -sulpho fatty-acid alkyl ester content being at least 10 % by wt. relative to the finished granular product; b) 10 to 89.8 % by wt. of an inorganic builder (relative to optionally water-containing material); c) if required, up to 45 % by wt. of an inorganic salt which is neutral to water and d) a residual-moisture content, determined by the ultra-X method, of less than 5 % by wt., the granular material also containing e) 0.2 to 10 % by wt. of an alkali-metal silicate. Despite the fact that they contain substances with an alkaline action, the granules of such substances show little tendency to stick together. They can be manufactured by spray-drying and are used above all as compounds in the manufacture of washing and cleaning agents containing up to 80 % by wt. of such granular material.

摘要： High-density extrudates are produced under pressure, with a homogenous solid premix being pressed into a strand at these pressures and, following extrusion, the strand being cut up by a cutter to the predetermined granulate size, but with no essential increase in the pressure and thus in the specific work as the throughput is increased. This is accomplished by using in the extrusion premix a self-regulating system consisting of preparation constituents having intrinsically viscous effects and preparation constituents having dilatant effects. Since, in macroscopic terms, there is no change in the pressure in the compound sufficient to effect an essential change in the specific work, the extrusion throughput can be increased in a given system with approximately the same temperature or in the same temperature range as before the increase in throughput (approximate constancy of temperature). As a result, temperature-sensitive constituents, for example peroxy bleaching agents, can also be extruded despite the increase in throughput.

The tenside mixtures thus obtainable are preferably used to make particulate washing and cleaning agents.

摘要： The invention concerns free-flowing granular foam-regulating agents intended for use, in particular, in washing and cleaning agents and consisting of a granular, surfactant-free carrier material (I) with, adsorbed on it, a homogeneous anti-foaming mixture (II) containing 70 to 95 % by wt. of a paraffin wax plus 5 to 30 % by wt. of a bisamide derived from C2-7 diamines and saturated C12-22 carboxylic acids. The aim of the invention is to improve the effectiveness of such foam-regulating agents, in particular in cold-wash conditions and at medium washing temperatures. This is achieved by using an agent whose paraffin wax is solid at room temperature and of which at least 35 % by wt., but less than 100 % by wt., becomes liquid at a temperature of 40 DEG C.

They are impregnated with liquid compositions whose ingredients substantially consist of the components of usual washing and cleaning products that may cause problems during spray drying. In order to produce such compositions, builders are used which consist of at least 60 % by weight, in relation to the impregnated builder component, crystalline stratified silicates in the form of granules with more than 650 g/l apparent density. These crystalline stratified silicate granules are preferably obtained by roller compacting.

Alternative (b) is that preferred for the method. The silicates also improve the granule stability of the extrudates.
