摘要： The present invention relates a method and apparatus for transmitting/receiving data using multiple codewords in a communication system using SC-FDMA (single carrier frequency division multiple access). A transmitter generates the multiple codewords for user data and transmits the generated multiple codewords. A receiver receives the multiple codewords and sequentially performs decoding and SIC (successive interference cancellation) on the received multiple codewords. Therefore, this structure can minimize a PAPR (peak to average power ratio) and considerably reduces interference between symbols in a frequency selective fading environment.

摘要： Provided is a method for retransmitting packet in a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) system. The method includes: in a receiving block, decoding packets received from a transmitting block and detecting whether an error exists or not in the packets; if the error is detected, transmitting a negative acknowledgement (NACK) signal informing transmission failure of the packets to the transmitting block; calculating channel quality information (CQI) values for transmission-failed packets after performing successive interference cancellation (SIC) with respect to all antenna combinations to retransmit the transmission-failed packets; and selecting an antenna combination having CQI values of the transmission-failed packets which are equal to or greater than respective initial CQI values of the transmission-failed packets among the antenna combinations, and transmitting information of the selected antenna combination to the transmitting block.

The apparatus includes a first detector for decoding a received signal, to thereby generate a decoded vector; a candidate elements decision unit for calculating an instantaneous signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) value for each element of the decoded vector, and deciding candidate elements for estimating a transmission data based on the decoded vector by comparing the calculated instantaneous SINR value and a threshold value; a signal eliminator for generating a signal with respect to the candidate elements determined in the candidate elements decision unit and outputting a modified signal by subtracting the signal from the received signal; and a second detector for decoding the modified signal received from the signal eliminator based on a more precise detection method than the first detector.

The relay station gets control signals that terminals served by the base station transmit, and registers terminals, levels of the control signals of which are bigger than a predetermined value, to a list of the interference terminals. The relay station checks an interference resource through resource allocation information of the base station, checks an available resource corresponding to a resource except the interference resource among a resource allocated by the base station, and allocates some of the available resource to the terminal.

摘要： Disclosed is a cooperative relay station that relays between a base station and a mobile station when retransmitting a signal. Also, disclosed is a base station that receives a signal from a mobile station in mutual cooperation with the cooperative relay station. After the cooperative relay station receives and decodes a signal that the mobile station transmits to the base station or a service relay station, if an error of the decoded signal does not exist, it stores the received signal. If an error occurs when the base station decodes the signal that the mobile station transmits, the base station requests retransmission for the signal with the error to the cooperative relay station. If the cooperative relay station gets a request of retransmission, it transmits the signal that the base station requests to the base station. In this was, since an error rate may be reduced when the base station requests retransmission of the signal, resource reuse efficiency may become improved, interference may be reduced, and it is easy to adapt to a service being sensitive to time delay.

摘要： The present invention relates to a decoding method and a decoding device for detecting a transmission signal in a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system. In the method, a sorted QR decomposition for calculating a unitary matrix and an upper triangular matrix, the received signal is multiplied by a transpose matrix of the unitary matrix to calculate a vector, an initial detection lattice point and a minimum eigenvalue is calculated from the vector and the upper triangular matrix, and a maximum likelihood point is detected by using the initial detection lattice point and the minimum eigenvalue. In addition, a transmission signal detecting device includes a QR decomposition unit for performing a sorted QR decomposition for the received signal, a vector calculating unit for calculating a vector by multiplying the received signal by a transpose matrix of a unitary matrix, an initial detection lattice point detecting unit for calculating an initial detection lattice point, an eigenvalue extractor for calculating a minimum eigenvalue, and a maximum likelihood point detecting unit for detecting a maximum likelihood point by using the initial detection lattice point and the minimum eigenvalue.
