In order to provide an equalizing container (40) which is improved with regard to switching behaviour, exchangeability of the switching unit, mounting and costs, it is proposed according to the invention that the contact support (44) has a cup-shaped section (46) which interacts with a complementary section (48) which is formed on the housing (47), in order to make a releasable connection of the switching unit (41) to the housing (47) possible, wherein that section (49) of the contact support (44) which carries the sensor or switching element extends centrally from a base (50) of the cup-shaped section (46) and a housing (43) of the plug connector (42) is arranged on the contact support (44) perpendicularly in relation to a longitudinal axis L of the switching unit (41).

    • The invention relates to a hydraulic fluid container (1) for a hydraulic brake system, comprising a hydraulic interface for connecting the hydraulic fluid container (1) to another component. The hydraulic fluid container (1) has a container housing (2), and the interface comprises at least one connector (4) arranged on the container housing (2), said connector being received in a receiving seat (6) of the other component. The connector (4) has a channel (9) which ensures a hydraulic connection between an interior of the container housing (2) and the other component. A blocking device (10) for blocking the hydraulic connection is provided, wherein the blocking device is opened when the connector (4) is received in the receiving seat (6), said blocking device (10) having a movable valve piston (11) and a sealing element (12). The aim of the invention is to improve the blocking device and reduce the space requirement and assembly complexity. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the sealing element (12) is designed to secure the position of the valve piston (11).
