摘要： A cell culture device or a continuous mass bioreactor for obtaining improved products of said cultures comprises a cell culture space (X) in which the cells are contained in a liquid medium. The space is bounded by walls at least three of which are selectively permeable, the first to the fresh nutrient medium, the second to gaseous fluids and the third to the spent nutrient medium. Means for circulating the fluids in the device are provided. The device is characterized in that the first wall consists of a layer of tubes (T) with a wall permeable to the fresh nutrient medium. The tubes are mounted parallel between an input manifold (42) and an outlet manifold (43) in a closed-loop circuit (10, 11, 16) and include means for supplying (10; 40) the fresh nutrient medium. The flow rate of fresh medium between the ends of each tube is several times greater than that passing through its wall.
