摘要： A package system for maintaining the physicochemical integrity of the contents of the package system that includes: an inner bag formed from a gas and/or moisture permeable material, an outer bag formed from an impermeable polymer material, a discharge port that provides access to the interior of the outer bag; and a desiccant or gas scavenging material. The first end of the outer bag sealingly surrounds the exterior wall of the discharge port. The second end of the inner bag is sealed closed and the desiccant or gas scavenging material is disposed in an isolated compartment. The second end of the outer bag is sealed closed to isolate the interior from the environment exterior to the package system.

摘要： A method for the separation and purification of trypsin and chymotrypsin in which a crude mixture of trypsin and chymotrypsin is passed through a hydrophobic interaction chromatography media in a chromatographic column. The hydrophobic interaction chromatography media is preferably one having weak anion exchange functionality and alkyl, alkanoyl, phenyl, benzoyl, phenylalkyl or phenylalkanoyl functional groups, such that chymotrypsin is bound to the chromatographic hydrophobic interaction chromatography media and trypsin passes through the media without binding to said media to produce purified trypsin, and thereafter bound chymotrypsin is eluted from the media to produce purified chymotrypsin.

摘要： A low dose API pharmaceutical tablet having excellent content uniformity is provided. The tablet is formed by spray coating a support excipient with the API. The resulting composition is suitable for direct compression tablet formulation without the need for an additional granulation step to uniformly coat the API onto the support excipient. The support excipient comprises microcrystalline cellulose, a binder and a disintegrant, and is formed by spraying a homogeneous slurry of the support excipient components.

The packaging system includes a container, a cover, a vapor permeable bag, a vapor impermeable liner and at least two desiccant snakes.
