    • To address the problem of inter-cell interference, the present invention proposes a method for inter-cell interference coordination and a device thereof. In one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of coordinating radio resource in a base station of wireless communication network, comprising the steps of: S1 determining whether a UE is of interference risk; if the UE is of interference risk, then S2 determining key interference source base station(s) of the UE; S3, scheduling radio resource in collaboration with the key interference source base station(s), so that the key interference source base station(s) idle(s) the radio resource assigned to the UE by the base station. With the method and device provided in the present invention, effective avoidance of inter-cell interference may be achieved, and every cell may fully reuse resource to accomplish reuse gain, while UE backward compatibility may also be supported.

    • A method and the eNB for power saving in a heterogeneous network is provided in the embodiments of the present invention. According the present invention, when the eNB serving the overlay capacity boosting cell does not detect any user equipments accessing the overlay capacity boosting cell, it turns off its downlink transmission; when the eNB serving the overlay capacity boosting cell detects that the user equipment is approaching its coverage area, it turns on its downlink transmission.     • The present invention provides a method and apparatus for data transmission in a communication network. In the present invention, additional frequency spectrum resources in an assistant wireless network are introduced by constructing emulation data channels for use by a user equipment in a cellular network, thereby expanding the resources in the cellular network and enhancing throughput of the cellular network. In addition, the original control channels between the base station and the user equipment in the cellular network are maintained, enabling the user equipment to have the quality of service QoS in the cellular network when using the assistant wireless network to transmit data, and sparing the user equipment from handover operations in establishing or releasing the emulation data channels, thereby complicated network control and management mechanisms used for the handover are not needed and thus the user experience is further enhanced. Moreover, it is relatively easy to be implemented and cost efficient.

    • The invention provides a method and an apparatus of implementing OTDOA in an indoor communication system. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises: determining a dominant RRH group for each user equipment, wherein the dominant RRH group comprises a serving RRH and at least two neighboring RRHs, and the serving RRH and the at least two neighboring RRHs are used as anchor points for implementing OTDOA for a user equipment; determining multiple isolation RRH sets, wherein RRHs in each isolation RRH set come from different dominant RRH groups; and allocating a corresponding resource mapping pattern for the multiple isolation RRH sets respectively, wherein the resource mapping pattern is used for indicating a resource for transmitting a positioning reference signal.
