    • According to the invention the gases and liquid contained in the processed raw material (5) are used as extractants and after the extraction of the biologically active substance the extractant is at least one time reintroduced to the processed raw material (5) from the side opposite to the outlet of the vapour mixture for repeated interaction with said raw material. The method is implemented in an installation having a main container (4) in which according to the invention, is coaxially mounted a sleeve (7) provided with radial openings (8, 9), evenly spaced along its length, connecting the cavity of the main container (4) to the cavity of the sleeve (7) divided by a partition (10) into two isolated chambers (11, 12). The first chamber (11) is connected through a first distributing device (13) to a main cooler (15). The second chamber (12) is connected through a second distributing device (23) either to an additional container (25) for accumulation of the resultant product through an additional cooler (24) or to a separator (19) of the biologically active substance, with which the main cooler (15) is connected through a damper container (16) whose air chamber is connected to a vacuum pump (17), and through a hydraulic pump (18).
