摘要： An installation for processing a vegetable raw material comprises a container (2) which is mounted on a two-wheeled trailer (1) with the possibility of angular turn, contains live steam bubblers located under a grid for placing the vegetable raw material and is provided with a dismountable cover (3) connected through a steam line (5) to a cooler (6) which is in turn connected to a separator (7) through a branch pipe intended for removing the distillate and provided with a means for preventing formation of oil plugs in it. The live steam bubblers are located in two planes perpendicular to the axis of the container, and the cover (3) is provided with an additional bubbler.

摘要： A method for obtaining glass materials from ash waste consists in heating the charge up to the melting point and melting it in a reducing medium, after which the obtained melt is cooled down through thermoshock up to obtaining the glass material. Before heating the charge, the carbon content in it is brought to 3.0 - 8.0 % by weight, and the structure of the glass material is formed in a controlled flow of a gas medium.

摘要： According to the invention the gases and liquid contained in the processed raw material (5) are used as extractants and after the extraction of the biologically active substance the extractant is at least one time reintroduced to the processed raw material (5) from the side opposite to the outlet of the vapour mixture for repeated interaction with said raw material. The method is implemented in an installation having a main container (4) in which according to the invention, is coaxially mounted a sleeve (7) provided with radial openings (8, 9), evenly spaced along its length, connecting the cavity of the main container (4) to the cavity of the sleeve (7) divided by a partition (10) into two isolated chambers (11, 12). The first chamber (11) is connected through a first distributing device (13) to a main cooler (15). The second chamber (12) is connected through a second distributing device (23) either to an additional container (25) for accumulation of the resultant product through an additional cooler (24) or to a separator (19) of the biologically active substance, with which the main cooler (15) is connected through a damper container (16) whose air chamber is connected to a vacuum pump (17), and through a hydraulic pump (18).
