摘要： A multipipe reactor, wherein pipes having smaller tolerances between a nominal size and actual sizes are used as reaction pipes to stably perform a high yield reaction for a long period, a catalyst is filled into the reaction pipes so that the catalyst layer peak temperature portions of the reaction pipes are not overlapped with the connection portions thereof with baffle boards to effectively prevent hot spots from occurring and stably perform a reaction for a long period without the clogging of the reaction pipes, a heat medium and material gas are allowed to flow in the direction of a counter flow and a specified type of catalyst is filled into the reaction pipes so that activity is increased starting at the inlet of the material gas toward the outlet thereof to prevent the automatic oxidation reaction of products so as to prevent equipment from being damaged due to the reaction, and, at the time of starting, gas with a temperature of 100 to 400 C ° is led to the outside of the reaction pipes to increase the temperature of the reaction pipes and, at the room temperature, a solid heat medium is heated to circulate the medium to the outside of the reaction pipes to efficiently start up the reactor without affecting the activity of the catalyst.

摘要： A process for the production of a (meth)acrylic compound which involves shutdown and startup of a distilling column, wherein in the shutdown, the heating of a reboiler attached to the distilling column is stopped and then the reboiler is rapidly cooled and/or wherein in the startup, the inner wall surface of the distilling column is heated to a temperature higher than the condensation temperature of the (meth)acrylic compound and the distilling column is started up with the inner wall surface heated. Since the polymerization in a distilling column can be inhibited according to this process, the distilling column can be shut down early and safely, which enables the long−term stable distillation of acrylic monomers.

摘要： A method for vapor phase catalytic oxidation involving using a fixed bed multi-tube heat-exchanger type reactor having a plurality of reaction tubes, feeding a raw material gas for reaction to the inside of the reaction tube packed with a catalyst to produce a reaction product gas, characterized in that the pressure loss of each reaction tube having a catalyst packed therein is adjusted in a manner wherein a reaction tube showing a pressure loss less than an average pressure loss for the total reaction tubes is additionally packed with an inert material in its portion near the entrance of a raw material gas, or is removed of the catalyst and re-packed with the catalyst, and a reaction tube showing a pressure loss greater than the above average value is removed of the catalyst and then re-packed with the catalyst, so as for the each reaction tube to show a pressure loss within the range of ± 20 % of the average value. The method can provide a vapor phase catalytic oxidation method which is almost free of variations in the reaction states in respective reaction tubes.

The method allows the supply of an atmosphere gas having a predetermined composition with stability, independently of the change of the used amount of the gas, to a production or storage apparatus for a compound which is required to be produced, stored, and handled in a strictly controlled atmosphere, such as (meth)acrylic acid or its ester, which is easy to polymerize and forms an explosive composition at an ordinary temperature.
