    • A bicycle helmet having automatic brake detection and steering indicator functions, comprising a helmet body (1) and, arranged at both the front and back sides thereof, a left-turn indicator (2) and a right-turn indicator (3). The indicators are electrically connected to a control module, the control module is provided with a cable-free receiver module which communicates with a cable-free remote control module arranged on a bicycle, the cable-free remote control module is electrically connected to a brake detection unit and a manual control unit, and the indicators may operate according to signals of the brake detection unit and the manual control unit. The indicators are arranged on the bicycle helmet, so that a user may indicate to following vehicles via the indicators when turning, thereby increasing the safety of the cyclist. In addition, turning and braking may be indicated via different operating modes of the indicators, thereby reducing the complexity of the system at the same time as satisfying usage requirements.

Such compounds are useful in therapy eg in the treatment of cancer and B-cell malignancies.
