摘要： A transport vehicle, such as a vision guided vehicle, can comprise a drive portion constructed to facilitate movement of the transport vehicle and a load portion constructed to engage an object of interest. The load portion can comprise an object engagement apparatus and at least one sensor coupled to or disposed within a distal end of the object engagement apparatus, wherein the sensor can be at least a 2D sensor. The engagement apparatus can comprise forks, at least one fork having sensor coupled to or disposed within a fork tip. The 2D sensor can comprise a scanning LIDAR sensor arranged to collect information to identify a pickable pallet, for example.

摘要： Provided is a path adaptation system and method for a self-driving vehicle, and a self-driving vehicle including path adaptation technology. The method includes providing a vehicle navigation path through an environment; determining a location of the vehicle relative to the path; generating one or more polygons representing a shape of the vehicle projected from the vehicle location in a vehicle travel direction long the path; combining the one or more projections into a projected motion polygon; acquiring object information representing an object shape from one or more sensors; and determining if the object shape overlaps the projected motion polygon. If so, the method includes adjusting the vehicle navigation. If not, the method includes, continuing navigation along the path. The path adaptation system includes one or more processors configured to execute the path adaptation method.

摘要： Disclosed are non-human animal models, and preferably, rodent models, and more preferably, mouse models, of B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). In particular, the present invention provides animal models of B cell NHL including, B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia/lymphoma (B-CLL), Burkitt's lymphoma (BL), Follicular-like lymphoma (FLL) and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), as well as various methods for producing these non-human animal models. These animal models, as well as cell lines produced from or derived from these models, are useful tools for a variety of methods, including, but not limited to, preclinical testing of drug candidates, and particularly drug candidates that are specific for human proteins, and any research, development, pharmaceutical, or clinical purpose, including but not limited to, the identification, development, and/or testing of drugs (therapeutics, prophylactics, etc.), targets, markers, and/or research tools for use in the diagnosis of, study of, or treatment of any Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, such as those described herein, or for any related condition.
