    • The invention relates to a binder for mineral building materials such as sand, gravel, stone chips, or the like that is composed of a natural hydrocolloid material and a naturally obtained latex as a stabilizer, and to a method for producing said binder. According to the invention, the binder is produced from the plant of the Taraxacum officinalis or of the Sonchus thistles or of the Dipsacus silvestris by the following steps: - cleaning the plants, - comminuting the plants, and - separating the liquid components. The binder according to the invention has the advantage that said binder can be used as an independent component in liquid form.     • Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Bindemittel für mineralische Baustoffe wie Sand, Kies, Splitt o. dgl., das aus einem natürlichen hydrokolloiden Stoff und einem natürlich gewonnenen Latex als Stabilisator besteht sowie einem Verfahren zur Herstellung dieses Bindemittels. Erfindungsgemäß wird das Bindemittel aus der Pflanze des Taraxacum officinalis oder der Sonchus-Disteln oder des Dipsacus silvestris durch folgende Schritte hergestellt wird: - Reinigen der Pflanzen, - Zerkleinern der Pflanzen und - Abtrennen der flüssigen Bestandteile. Das erfindungsgemäßen Bindemittel hat den Vorteil, dass es als eigenständige Komponente in flüssiger Form einsetzbar ist. Dadurch kann es noch einfachere verarbeitet werden, da es lediglich auf die mit dem mineralischen Material vorbereitete Fläche bzw. ausgefüllten Fugen aufgebracht zu werden braucht. Aufgrund seiner auf einfache Weise zu gewinnenden Ausgangsmaterialien und seines einfachen Herstellungsverfahrens ist es preisgünstiger als die derzeit auf dem Markt angebotenen vergleichbaren Bindemittel.
