摘要： An air-sprung wheel axle suspension of a vehicle for suspending a wheel axle from a vehicle chassis comprises a bearing bracket, a trailing arm and an air spring. The bearing bracket is rigidly attached to the vehicle chassis and comprises a pair of opposing spaced apart lateral plates. The trailing arm is secured to the axle body of the vehicle and has a front end portion that is pivotably attached to the bearing bracket. The air spring is operatively arranged between the vehicle chassis and the trailing arm, at a distance rearward from the front end portion. The trailing arm has a hammerhead configuration at the front end portion and at least one of the lateral plates of the bearing bracket has a receiving recess configured to receive a part of the hammerhead configuration. In a mounted state of the suspension the hammerhead configuration is received and supported in the receiving recess, such that the front end portion of the trailing arm is able to pivot with respect to the bearing bracket.

摘要： An air sprung wheel axle suspension comprises a carrying bracket, a trailing arm with a front end that is pivotally attached to the carrying bracket by a pivot bolt, and an air spring attached to the vehicle chassis and supporting a rear end of the trailing arm. The suspension furthermore comprises an axle lift including a lever pivotally suspended from the carrying bracket. The lever has a first lever portion and a second lever portion. The suspension including furthermore an actuator attached to an actuator support. The actuator operatively engages the first lever portion at a first engagement point defining a first lever arm relative to the pivot axis. The trailing arm operatively engages the second lever portion at a second engagement point defining a second lever arm relative to the pivot axis. The lever is provided with a hanger element having an eyelet with which the lever is pivotally suspended from only one lateral plate of the carrying bracket such that said pivot axis and said bolt axis coincide. The first and second lever portion are aligned such that the first engagement point and the second engagement point, seen from above, are located on a straight line that diagonally crosses the pivot axis. The actuator has a centre axis that intersects the longitudinal centre axis of the first lever portion.

摘要： A wheel axle suspension of a vehicle comprises an axle body and a flexible trailing arm extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and crossing the axle body substantially perpendicular. The trailing arm has a front spring portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and an axle seating portion adjoining the front spring portion. The axle seating portion has a concave side at which the axle body is arranged. The suspension furthermore comprises at least one clamping strap for clamping the axle body and the trailing arm together. The at least one clamping strap has a front leg and a rear leg and an arched portion interconnecting said front and rear leg. The arched portion extends around a part of the circumference of the axle body. The legs of the strap are tensioned with respect to the trailing arm, such that the axle body is clamped between the arched portion of the strap and said concave side of the axle seating portion of the trailing arm. The axle body is arranged directly against the concave side of the axle seating portion of the trailing arm. The front leg of the strap extends towards the front through or along the side of the trailing arm and is supported at the front side of the axle seating portion. The rear leg of the strap extends through or along the side of the trailing arm towards the rear and is supported at the rear side of the axle seating portion.
