摘要： The present disclosure relates to binding compounds/antibodies that bind to the second extracellular loop of the human β1-adrenoreceptor (β1-AR-ECII) that are produced by/obtainable from a host cell/hybridoma with a deposit number selected from the group consisting of DSM ACC3121, DSM ACC3174, DSM ACC3175, DSM ACC3176 and DSM ACC3177. The binding compounds/antibodies are particularly useful in determination of auto-anti-β1-AR antibodies in an in vitro cell based assay system in order to characterize and to identify auto-antibodies directed against the β1-AR-ECII in a biological sample. Further aspects of the disclosure are nucleic acid molecules encoding said binding compounds/antibodies, vectors, host cells, methods for producing the binding compounds/antibodies of the disclosure as well as a kit comprising the binding compounds/antibodies of the present disclosure.

摘要： The invention relates to the use of an inhibitor of caspase-3 or caspase-activated desoxyribonuclease (CAD) for preventing or treating cardiac disease, especially insufficiency of the left ventricle. According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the inhibitor is ICAD. The inhibitor is preferably administered through an adenovirus vector containing the gene that codes for this inhibitor in an expressible form. The invention also relates to methods for identifying inhibitors for the inventive therapeutic application, i.e. compounds which inhibit caspase-3 or CAD or the expression of genes that code for these compounds.

摘要： A process for preparing an adenovirus-containing preparation for in vivo somatic gene transfer to the myocardium or endothelium of large animals, comprising the steps of (i) generating adenovirus in a bioreactor under predetermined conditions for obtaining an adenovirus-containing medium; (ii) optionally separating of adenovirus from the adenovirus-containing medium of step (i) by filtration to obtain an adenovirus-containing filtrate; (iii) concentrating the adenovirus-containing medium of step (i) or the adenovirus-containing filtrate of step (ii) to obtain a adenovirus-containing concentrate; (iv) batch purification of the adenovirus-containing concentrate of step (iii) by a Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC) in at least two steps at a pressure of less than 0.3 MPa and a volume of at least 200 ml to obtain an adenovirus-containing batch; (v) optionally concentrating the adenovirus-containing batch of step (iv) to obtain a concentrated adenovirus-containing batch; and (vi) optionally dialysis of the adenovirus-containing batch of step (iv) or the concentrated adenovirus-containing batch of step (v), to obtain an adenovirus-containing preparation.
