    • A seat assembly for use in an automotive vehicle comprises a seat cushion and a seat back pivotally connected to the seat cushion by a recliner mechanism for providing pivotal movement of the seat back between a plurality of reclined seating positions and a forwardly folded position against the seat cushion. A front link supports the seat cushion above the floor of the vehicle in the seating position and lowers the seat cushion to a flat position with the seat back in the folded position. A rear floor latch releasably secures the seat cushion to the floor of the vehicle in the seating position and unlocks the seat cushion and the seat back for pivotal movement about the front link from the seating position to an upright tilted position with each of the seat cushion and the seat back extending generally upright from the floor of the vehicle. A rear link is operatively coupled between the seat back and the floor of the vehicle for supporting and securing the seat cushion and the seat back in the tilted position.

A guide pin (34) extends from the first lever through a slot (43) in the second lever to synchronize movements of the first and second levers between respective unreleased and released positions. The second lever includes a cam surface (41) for actuating the input shaft between the locked position and unlocked positions when the second lever is moved between the unreleased and released positions, respectively. The second lever further has a flanged tab (44). A flanged guide (51) extends from the seat back to engage the tab of the second lever in the released position, and by such engagement, maintains the second lever in the released position while moving the seat back between the reclined seating positions and the stowed position.

    • A seat track assembly includes a latch mechanism operable to allow movement of a movable track relative to a fixed track between a plurality of positions. A memory mechanism is operable between a home position, coupled with the movable track, and a memory position, coupled with the fixed track, to define a selected position. Actuation of the memory mechanism to the memory position unlocks the latch mechanism to allow movement of the movable track in a first direction away from the selected position to an easy-entry position.
