摘要： The invention relates to an apparatus for creating intensive contact between a liquid and a particulate solid. Said apparatus is a standing cylindrical one with a truncated cone-shaped lower part (12), a screw mixer (5) with a pitch of 15-25 DEG , mounted on a shaft (4), is inserted along the vertical axis of the apparatus, said screw mixer (5) is surrounded by a cylindrical internal tube (1) with an internal diameter not exceeding 50% of the internal diameter of the cylindrical part of the apparatus, the distance between the lower end of said cylindrical internal tube (1) and the bottom point of the apparatus does not exceed the internal diameter of said cylindrical internal tube (1), a perforated disc (6) is mounted on said shaft (4) above the upper end of said cylindrical internal tube (1), the apparatus is equipped at its upper part with means (7) for introducing liquid, at its top part (3) with means (8) for introducing solid, at its truncated cone-shaped lower part (12) with means (9) for taking off liquid and with a filter insert (11) covering at least said means (9), and at its bottom part (2) with means (10) for emptying the apparatus.

摘要： Immobilized cholinesterase enzyme preparations are prepared by treating a polymeric resin, built up from acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid and acrylamide and/or methacrylamide monomers with an acryl or allyl type cross-linking agent and contains at least 0.1 meq/g of -COOH funtional groups, with a carbodiimide derivative which is soluble in water or is soluble in an organic solvent at temperatures below 0 C, applying a solution of cholinesterase enzyme with a pH of 4.5 to 8.5 onto the resulting activated support, washing the resulting product, and drying it then, if desired.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for the selective determination of sialic acid-carrying glycolipid complexes in blood, in which the serum is diluted with water, then extracted with a water-immiscible organic solvent or solvent mixture to remove neutral lipids, a lipoprotein fraction containing sialic acid-carrying glycolipids is precipitated from the aqueous phase, the precipitated fraction is redissolved, and the sialic acid content of the solution or the amount and quality of the sialic acid-carrying glycolipid is(are) determined by a method known per se. According to the invention a water-soluble salt of a monovalent, bivalent or trivalent metal other than alkali metal is applied as precipitating agent in an amount corresponding to a final metal ion concentration of 0.005-0.1 mole/l in the mixture, and precipitation is performed at a pH of 1.5 to 8.0.
