    • A coating film obtained from an aqueous composition comprising (parts by weight): 100 parts of live micro-organisms, 5.4-6.1 parts of organic material comprising selenium, 130-160 parts of natural or semisynthetic elastomeric membranes, and natural organic acids, said composition having a weight ratio between the water and the natural or semisynthetic membrane that ranges between 1.5:1 and 2.5:1, a pH that ranges between 4 and 6.5, and a viscosity equal to or less than 10,000 centipoise. A process for obtaining said coating film, comprising heating of the material to be coated, which is contained in the receptacle of an appliance for coating tablets, at a temperature below the temperature at which the micro-organisms present in the aqueous composition die; pressure reduction in said receptacle to a pressure in the receptacle which ranges between -1 and -2 bars, and spraying of said aqueous composition onto the material to be coated, the nebulisation pressure of said composition being 0.2 to 0.9 bar.
