    • The cooling system (100, 300, 400, 500, 700, 750) includes an applicator (101, 501, 701) configured to hold a predetermined amount of solid coolant and fluid coolant (117) to cool a targeted area of the body (162, 570) to crystalize the lipid-rich cells underneath the targeted area to reduce the fat cells. The applicator may include a thermoelectric cooler (TEC, 136, 704, 706) where the hot side is cooled by coolant held within the applicator. The cold side of the TEC may be thermally coupled to a cooling plate (138, 560) configured to cool a targeted area of the skin at a predetermined temperature range for a predetermined period of time. The cooling system may also be used to relieve localized pain at certain area of the body and/or utilized for cryotherapy.

    • The present invention relates to a TIG welding machine. The TIG welding machine according to the present invention includes: a torch unit (400) disposed with an electrode (632), a wire (634) and a weaving unit (410); a welding posture control unit (100) for controlling a welding posture by rotating the torch unit (400) vertically and horizontally so as to precede the torch unit (400) with reference to the advancing direction of the torch unit (400); a weld line tracing unit (200) mounted to the welding posture control unit (100) and detecting the placed state of a base metal for welding so as to trace a weld line; and a torch transfer unit (300) for moving the torch unit (400) based on the information of the weld line which has been traced in the weld line tracing unit (200).

    • The present invention relates to a portable internet radio access station, and more particularly, to a portable internet radio access station including a plurality of management processors and a method of controlling the plurality of management processors. A first management processor of a portable internet radio access station according to the present invention includes: an obstruction sensing unit sensing an obstruction in the first and second management processors; a call processing database storing a call processing information of the portable internet radio access station; an operation state determining unit determining an operation state of the first management processor based on the obstruction; and a database synchronizing unit synchronizing the call processing database with a call processing database of the second management processor based on the operation state of the first management processor.
