    • 본 발명은 플랫타이 및 플랫타이와 비금속제 거푸집틀을 이용한 거푸집 설치방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 플랫타이(20)는, 상기 폭 방향으로 이격 배치된 쌍쌍의 거푸집틀(10)들을 관통하고 해당 거푸집틀(10) 외측면으로 돌출된 그 양단부에 각각 쐐기홀(21a)이 마련된 길다란 철재 띠 형상의 타이본체(21) 및 상기 이격된 쌍쌍의 거푸집틀(10) 사이 공간에 위치되는 상기 타이본체(21)의 그 일측면에 마련되어 상기 각각의 거푸집틀(10) 일측에 걸려 고정되게 하여서 상기 쌍쌍의 거푸집틀(10)들이 그 설정간격을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 복수의 간격유지돌기(22)를 포함하는 구성으로 되어 있다. 따라서, 콘크리트 타설을 위해 일정간격 이격 배치되는 한 쌍의 타이본체 사이 공간을 가로지르는 플랫타이의 타이본체 일측면에 해당 거푸집틀의 일측에 걸려 고정되면서 상기 쌍쌍의 거푸집틀들이 그 설정간격을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 복수의 간격유지돌기를 마련함으로써, 기본적으로 거푸집틀의 간격 유지를 위한 별도의 간격유지부재가 삭제되면서 비용 절감을 도모할 수 있게 되고, 또한, 거푸집틀의 테두리부에서 간격 유지를 할 수 있도록 되어 있어 기존의 거푸집틀 중앙부에서 간격 유지를 행하였던 것에 따른 작업상의 어려움도 해소할 수 있게 되면서 작업능률 향상 및 작업 시간 단축 등 전반적으로 작업성 개선을 꾀할 수 있게 되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.

    • Disclosed herein is a form panel system that is capable of constructing a frame structure including a wall of a concrete-based building and a concrete structure including various retaining walls for civil-engineering works. The form panel system comprises compression cement boards disposed opposite to each other while being spaced a predetermined distance from each other, the compression cement boards being reinforced with fiber materials, reinforcing boards obtained by forming the compression cement boards in predetermined shapes, or foamed plastic heat insulating panels, and metal plate studs disposed between the compression cement boards. The metal plate studs are composed of metal plates having predetermined thicknesses and distances therebetween, which are selected depending on the durability off concrete. Each of the metal plate studs has at least one opening formed therein. Each of the metal plate studs is provided at both opposite side ends thereof with bent parts. The metal plate stud is fixed to the respective compression cement boards by means of fixing pieces, and concrete is injected and cured into the space between the compression cement boards, to which the metal plate studs are fixed and the foamed plastic heat insulating panels are attached. According to the present invention, the fiber-reinforced compression cement boards, the foamed plastic heat insulating panels, the metal plate studs having the openings are vertically or horizontally arranged without limits.
