    • Disclosed are a laser processing apparatus and a method thereof that splits incident laser beam into at least two laser beams, transfers the stage in the direction opposing to the irradiation direction of the laser beam to process the object, thereby improving the processing quality of the object and the efficiency. A laser processing apparatus according to the invention includes; a beam splitting unit that splits a laser beam emitted from a laser generating unit into at least two laser beams; a beam scanner that receives the split laser beams from the beam splitting unit and reflects the beams so as to be repeatedly irradiated onto a processing position of the object; and a stage transfer unit that transfers at least once a stage on which the object is placed to the direction opposing to the irradiation direction of the laser beam during the processing of the object Therefore, since the same effect that the laser beam is irradiated plural times on the same processing surface with a low energy can be achieved, which secures the narrow beam width. Further, since the laser beam that is split into a plurality of laser beams is simultaneously irradiated onto the object, it is possible to secure the higher processing speed.     • The present invention relates to a RFID system for reading or writing information of RFID tag using wireless data communication. The extensive RFID system for reader-tag communication according to the present invention comprises a wireless communication device(RF shower system) which include a communication means for arranging an order of communication for the readers when a plurality of readers exist in the reader zone without happening any confliction between the readers, so that communication could be performed smoothly between the plurality of readers and tags. The extensive reader-tag RFID system according to the present invention, has advantages in that confliction problem, which may be happened when a plurality of readers exist in same region, could be solved and in that reading and writing distance between readers and tags could be considerably extended by comprising a mean for amplifying a weak signal from a low- powered reader to high-powered signal through communication with the reader to extend distance of reading and writing information between reader and tags, and for transmitting the high-powered signal to the tags.
