摘要： Disclosed is a method and a device for automatically generating an output pattern that responds to the type of audio data. The device for automatically generating the output pattern, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an audio frame dividing unit, which divides the audio data into one or more audio frames; a frame level computing unit, which computes the frame level for each of the audio frames; and an output pattern control unit, which generates output pattern information that sets the output pattern according to a parameter, the parameter corresponding to the frame level. The present invention allows setting the output pattern, such as vibration or a display screen, which is output through a pattern output unit, by using the frame level obtained by analyzing, in units of audio frames, audio data that is playing a sound, thereby effectively enabling a visualized expression of the audio data that is being played regardless of the type of the audio data.

摘要： A method for is disclosed for fabricating diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS) nanowires by providing a catalyst-coated substrate and subjecting at least a portion of the substrate to a semiconductor, and dopant via chloride-based vapor transport to synthesize the nanowires. Using this novel chloride-based chemical vapor transport process, single crystalline diluted magnetic semiconductor nanowires Ga1-xMnxN (x=0.07) were synthesized. The nanowires, which have diameters of ~ 10 nm to 100 nm and lengths of up to tens of micrometers, show ferromagnetism with Curie temperature above room temperature, and magnetoresistance up to 250 Kelvin.

摘要： A method for is disclosed for fabricating diluted magnetic semiconductor (DMS) nanowires by providing a catalyst-coated substrate and subjecting at least a portion of the substrate to a semiconductor, and dopant via chloride-based vapor transport to synthesize the nanowires. Using this novel chloride-based chemical vapor transport process, single crystalline diluted magnetic semiconductor nanowires Ga 1-x Mn x N (x=0.07) were synthesized. The nanowires, which have diameters of ∼ 10 nm to 100 nm and lengths of up to tens of micrometers, show ferromagnetism with Curie temperature above room temperature, and magnetoresistance up to 250 Kelvin.
