    • Provided are a video encoding device, a video decoding device, a video encoding method, and a video decoding method. The video encoding device comprises: a frame division unit for dividing a received frame into key frames or hybrid frames according to frame composition information which constitutes a predetermined video; a key frame encoding unit for generating converted key frames by applying an intra-coding method to the key frames according to the division result; and a hybrid frame encoding unit for generating converted hybrid frames by applying plural encoding methods to the hybrid frames according to the division result. Accordingly, the video encoding device can predict noise between a current frame and auxiliary information and generate the amount of parities based on the prediction in order to remove a feedback channel which is a main problem of a distributed video coding method. In addition, the time delay resulting from the generation of the auxiliary information through the use of frames prior or posterior to the current frame can be prevented in the decoding device.

    • The present invention relates to a magazine for a semiconductor package. The magazine comprises two bodies each of which is integrated with a lateral unit, a top unit and a bottom unit. The contact portion between the semiconductor strip and the magazine for the semiconductor package is minimized, due to a support stud shaped like an island, so abrasion caused by friction between the semiconductor strip and the magazine for the semiconductor package can be minimized. In addition, a fastening pin is prevented from being separated or loosened as a result of external impact or vibration. Therefore, the durability of the magazine for the semiconductor package is excellent.
