摘要： The present invention relates to a use of antisense oligonucleotides as an AIDS therapeutic agent. More precisely,the present invention relates to a novel use of antisense oligonucleotides as an AIDS therapeutic agent which include nucleotide derivatives in which five-membered ribose, a natural nucleotide sugar, is substituted with six-membered azasugar, and consisting of P=S backbone. Oligonucleotides of the present invention have low toxicity against cells and are working outside of cells to inhibit the viral attachment of HIV, with wide anti-viral activity against a broad spectrum of HIV variants. Therefore, oligonucleotides of the present invention can be used as one of effective AIDS therapeutic agent.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a. skin external composition containing ginseng berry extract.
