    • The present invention relates to a chemical vapor deposition reactor for preparation of polysilicon. The chemical vapor deposition reactor for preparation of polysilicon according to the present invention comprises: a base plate; a bezel for creating an enclosed hot zone between the base plate; a heating section for heating the hot zone; inlet and outlet openings via which a reaction gas is supplied and discharged into and from the hot zone; and a heat exchange section formed inside the bezel, thereby allowing the reaction gas that is supplied into the hot zone via the inlet opening to absorb heat energy transferred to the bezel and to thus cool the temperature of the bezel and simultaneously supplying the reaction gas into the hot zone in a heated state. As such, heat energy that is lost outside after being transferred to the bezel can be minimized, and power consumption for maintaining the temperature of the hot zone can be reduced since the reaction gas that has absorbed the heat energy is supplied into the hot zone in the heated state.

    • The present invention relates to a sealing member for a trocar which enables the insertion of surgical instruments having a variety of diameters, and to a multi-port trocar for laparoscopic surgery comprising the sealing member. The multi-port trocar for laparoscopic surgery according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a plurality of ports for the insertion of surgical instruments; a sleeve which is coupled to the main body, and which has a through-hole through which the surgical instruments are to penetrate; and a plurality of sealing members coupled to the respective ports so as to seal the gaps formed between the surgical instruments inserted through the ports and the main body. Each sealing member comprises: a doughnut-shaped main body portion, the center of which has an opening; and a cover portion which is arranged on the main body portion so as to cover the opening of the main body portion, and which has an insertion hole smaller than the opening of the main body portion such that a surgical instrument can be inserted into the insertion hole. The insertion hole is formed in the center of the cover portion, and the center of the cover portion is recessed toward the inside of the opening. The cover portion is elastically deformed and the insertion hole is expanded such that the center of the cover portion can be further recessed toward the inside of the opening when the surgical instrument having a diameter larger than the diameter of the insertion hole is inserted into the insertion hole.

    • There are provided an image display apparatus having a display unit capable of sensing a touch made by a pointing device, and a method for operating the same. The method includes outputting a synchronous signal through the entire region of the display unit, transmitting a first scanning signal and a second scanning signal respectively scanning the display unit in a first direction and a second direction to the pointing device; and acquiring touch position information regarding a touch made by the pointing device by using touch time information regarding time points when the pointing device receives the first scanning signal and the second scanning signal after sensing the synchronous signal. Accordingly, an error in touch recognition caused by the delay of a synchronous signal can be minimized.
