摘要： The present invention relates to a chemical vapor deposition reactor for preparation of polysilicon. The chemical vapor deposition reactor for preparation of polysilicon according to the present invention comprises: a base plate; a bezel for creating an enclosed hot zone between the base plate; a heating section for heating the hot zone; inlet and outlet openings via which a reaction gas is supplied and discharged into and from the hot zone; and a heat exchange section formed inside the bezel, thereby allowing the reaction gas that is supplied into the hot zone via the inlet opening to absorb heat energy transferred to the bezel and to thus cool the temperature of the bezel and simultaneously supplying the reaction gas into the hot zone in a heated state. As such, heat energy that is lost outside after being transferred to the bezel can be minimized, and power consumption for maintaining the temperature of the hot zone can be reduced since the reaction gas that has absorbed the heat energy is supplied into the hot zone in the heated state.

摘要： An OPCPA apparatus of the present invention includes an optical pulse stretcher (100) for temporally stretching laser light, and applying short-wavelength preceding-type chirping. Pump lasers (210, 220) emit pump laser light. A first OPA unit (310) receives the pump laser light, and a signal having passed through the optical pulse stretcher, amplifies the signal, and generates a first idler. A first optical signal separation unit (410) separates output light of the first OPA unit into the first idler and remaining light (pump and signal). A second OPA unit (320) receives the first idler and another pump laser light, amplifies the first idler, and generates a second idler. A second optical signal separation unit (420) separates output light of the second optical parametric amplification unit into an amplified first idler and remaining light (pump and second idler). 摘要： Provided is a method for manufacturing a sintered body of an alumina- spinel composite powder for bulletproof material, in which alumina (AI2O3) and magnesium oxide (MgO) raw materials are milled into an alumina powder and a spinel composition powder through high-energy milling, and thereafter heat- treating, mixing and sintering are sequentially performed. Since the method employs high-energy milling, it is possible to synthesize spinel phase through heat-treatment at a low temperature for a short duration. Furthermore, the small amount of additive is added during the sintering process so that it is possible to obtain a sintered body of a composite powder with a low density and a high densification degree at a low temperature.

摘要： The present invention relates to a sealing member for a trocar which enables the insertion of surgical instruments having a variety of diameters, and to a multi-port trocar for laparoscopic surgery comprising the sealing member. The multi-port trocar for laparoscopic surgery according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a plurality of ports for the insertion of surgical instruments; a sleeve which is coupled to the main body, and which has a through-hole through which the surgical instruments are to penetrate; and a plurality of sealing members coupled to the respective ports so as to seal the gaps formed between the surgical instruments inserted through the ports and the main body. Each sealing member comprises: a doughnut-shaped main body portion, the center of which has an opening; and a cover portion which is arranged on the main body portion so as to cover the opening of the main body portion, and which has an insertion hole smaller than the opening of the main body portion such that a surgical instrument can be inserted into the insertion hole. The insertion hole is formed in the center of the cover portion, and the center of the cover portion is recessed toward the inside of the opening. The cover portion is elastically deformed and the insertion hole is expanded such that the center of the cover portion can be further recessed toward the inside of the opening when the surgical instrument having a diameter larger than the diameter of the insertion hole is inserted into the insertion hole.
