摘要： The invention relates to a process for producing micro-structure components on a substrate bearing electronic circuits co-operating functionally with the micro-structure components. The latter may be made of both synthetic material and metal. According to the invention, a first layer of a synthetic material is applied to the substrate, with which it forms a solid bond. On this layer is applied a second layer of a synthetic material with which an internal separating medium has previously been mixed. The second layer is then embossed with a micro-structured tool. If metal micro-structure components are required, the embossed layer is subsequently galvanically shaped.

摘要： The mechanism (2) described enables hindrances to be overcome, since it can be manipulated so as to develop considerable force. The mechanism consists of a plurality of component links (4) arranged in succession. Each link consists of two parts (5, 6), a pivot element (5) and a coupling element (6). The links of the articulated mechanism are forcibly actuated. Once a position of articulation has been adopted, it can be maintained under load. 摘要： The invention concerns a method of fabricating membranes mounted on a frame, the method including the following steps: (a) a membrane film is applied to a substrate in such a way that it can be detached from the substrate again, (b) the frame is built up on the membrane film and (c) the membrane film, together with the frame, is separated from the substrate. 摘要： Described is a surgical stitching instrument of small dimensions which is coupled through drives (13, 14, 15) to remote grippers (10) and which enables sutures and knots to be placed in tissue or in blood-vessel walls using only simple hand movements.
