A radiation-curable resin composition comprising (A) particles produced by bonding oxide particles of at least one element selected from the group consisting of silicon, aluminum, zirconium, titanium, zinc, germanium, indium, tin, antimony, and cerium, with an organic compound including a polymerizable unsaturated group and a group shown by the following formula (1), (B) a compound containing two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups, (C) a surfactant containing a fluorine atom, and (D) an organic solvent containing one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of methanol, methyl isobutyl ketone, and n-butanol in an amount of 50 mass% or more in the total solvent. 摘要： The invention relates to a curable resin composition, cured products thereof, and laminated materials. The curable composition comprises : (A-1) acicular oxide particles, the oxide being an oxide of at least one element selected from the group consisting of silicon, aluminium, zirconium, titanium, zinc, germanium, indium, tin, antimony, and cerium, (B) a compound having two or more polymerizable unsaturated groups, (c) a photopolymerization initiator is provided. After cure, the composition has excellent scratch resistance. In addition, it may have excellent antistatic characteristics and transparency. In a preferred embodiment the composition also comprises (A-2) particles other than the acicular particles (A-1), being oxide of at least one element selected from the group consisting of silicon, aluminium, zirconium, titanium, zinc, germanium, indium, tin, antimony, and cerium.

摘要： The invention relates to a new method of manufacturing colloidal silica which exhibits good dispersibility in an organic solvent, an organic resin, a paint containing an organic solvent or resin, or the like, is stable for a long period of time in a medium containing a hydrophobic organic solvent as a major component, and has a low metal ion impurity content under mild conditions. The new method comprises the steps of taking a colloidal silica dispersed in an aqueous dispersant; replacing a substantial amount of the aqueous dispersant with one or more hydrophilic organic colvent(s); preparing hydrophobic colloidal silica by reacting the colloidal silica with a hydrophobizing agent; and finally replacing the liquid phase of the dispersion comprising the organic hydrophilic solvent with one or more hydrophobic organic solvent(s) to obtain a hydrophobic colloidal silica dispersed in a hydrophobic organic solvent.

The composition produces cured products which exhibit superior heat resistance, excellent mechanical strength, and superb adhesive characteristics, and is suitable for use as a photo-curable adhesive, a photo-curable sealing material, a resin for optical three-dimensional molding, and a coating material for optical fibers, and optical fiber ribbon matrix.

The radiation curable resin composition affords a high productivity, exhibits high transparency, and produces molded articles exhibiting minimal coloration upon exposure to light, superior dimensional precision, high heat resistance, only slight adhesion to substrates under high temperature conditions. The composition is very useful for manufacturing molding articles.
