    • A device for allowing projection of a core embedded in a matrix of a mold to facilitate pickup of the core by a robot in a molding machine using a core changeable mold. A matrix (7) of a complementary mold (2) in a core changeable type mold (1) is constituted by a main body (16) and an intermediate plate (6) provided at the rear side of the matrix (7) and driven in the longitudinal direction. A core fixing-releasing mechanism (14) is provided on the intermediate plate (6). Furthermore, there is provided a projecting member (5) disposed in a space formed between the main body (16) and the intermediate plate (6) when the intermediate plate (6) is moved rearwardly. The projecting member (5) has a surface abutting against a front surface of the core (8) and another surface abutting against a rear surface of the main body (16). The projecting member (5) may be provided at the forward end of an arm (32) of a robot (33) included with the molding machine in a manner to be slidably movable in the longitudinal direction and urged to move rearwardly.

A pole (34) is erected at the back of an injection unit (20) on the side of a clamping unit (10) with respect to a swivel shaft (3) of the injection unit, and a rotary arm (33) horizontally rotatably supported on the top end portion of the pole is disposed close to the top surface of the injection unit and bent at the intermediate portion thereof. A display device (30) rested on the end portion of the rotary arm at the side opposite to the pole is movable between a retracted position (A) located upwardly of the injection unit and a use position (B) located upwardly of the injection unit and projecting from the front of the injection unit. The display device is supported by the injection unit through a ball caster (35) mounted to the under surface of the intermediate portion of the rotary arm.
