摘要： There are described a method and an apparatus for controlling the level and/or the inventory in a fluidized bed in a fluidized-bed tank, wherein a stream of solids is withdrawn from the fluidized-bed tank via a downer, the stream of solids is fluidized at the bottom of the downer by supplying a conveying gas flow and is conveyed to the top through a riser branching off from the downer. The size of the stream of solids conveyed through the riser is varied by the variable supply of the conveying gas, wherein the level of the solids or the solids inventory in the solids tank is used as a control variable and the volume flow rate of the conveying gas is used as an actuating variable of a control circuit.

摘要： In the production of alumina from aluminium hydroxide, the aluminium hydroxide is calcined in a fluidized-bed reactor upon preheating in at least one preheating stage and is then supplied to at least one fluidized-bed cooler, in which the calcined solids are cooled by means of fluidizing air, wherein the fluidizing air is withdrawn from the cooler and introduced into the fluidized-bed reactor as secondary air. In order to minimize the specific energy consumption in partial-load operation of the plant, the secondary air stream is divided and a bypass stream is guided past the fluidized-bed reactor and introduced into a delivery conduit for the solids.

摘要： In a process for operating a fuel fired reactor fuel is introduced into a reactor and burned therein by means of at least one main burner. The relevant parameters of the process are monitored and the main burner is shut down if one or more of the relevant parameters leave a predetermined critical operating range. Within the predetermined critical operating range for the enforced shut down a secondary, more stringent operating range for the shut down criteria is implemented, and the main burner is shut down if one or more of the relevant parameters leaves the secondary operating range, while at least one pilot burner continues to be operated as long as the relevant parameters are maintained within the critical operating range.

To reduce the energy demand of a calcining plant, fluidizing air is supplied to the reactor with a temperature of up to 150 °C, and before entering the first preheating stage the metal salt is at least partly supplied to a hydrate drier in which it is indirectly heated with heat transfer medium from the first stage of the indirect cooler and dried.

More particularly, the invention concerns equipment for transforming a standard vehicle into a floating vehicle without limiting the normal performance on dry land. The equipment comprises first containers and second containers (4, 5) located in spaces within and between the tyres of the vehicle, balancing third containers (7), floating box-type structures (8) acting simultaneously as the bodywork, as well as active balancing means (10) associated with the vehicle and the trailer. The balancing third containers being chosen with a suitable volume are located into places determined by a displacement analysis, to the sides and front of the tractor. The balancing means (10) comprise a transversal beam (10a) having actuators 10b attached to its ends for providing an active balancing force. The actuators are used for stabilizing the trailer against the turning thereof about its longitudinal axis and for having an effect on the weight distribution of the total combination.
