摘要： Electrical fixtures (100, 700), such as junction boxes (105) or recessed luminaires (705, 902), include mounting brackets (110, 605, 900) that support the fixtures (100, 700) from structural members (200, 800, 1000, 1105, 1400) while fasteners, such as screws or nails, are driven through the mounting brackets (110, 605, 900), thereby facilitating mounting the fixtures (100, 700). Each of the mounting brackets (100, 700) has a general U-shape that includes at least three generally planar sides (115, 120, 125). The top side (120) is generally perpendicular to the other two sides (115, 125), and the top side (120) connects the other two sides (115, 125) and together. The three sides (115, 120, 125) define (in cross-section) a structural member receiver opening (300, 1125). An inside dimension of the structural member receiver opening (300, 1125) is such that bracket (110, 605, 900) fits snugly around at least a portion of a commonly sized wood or metal structural member (200, 800, 1000, 1105, 1400), such as a furring strip or joist, used in ceiling construction. In one embodiment, two of the sides (1115, 1120) of the structural member receiver opening (1125) define an acute dihedral angle to hood around the edge of a metal furring strip (1105).

摘要： A coiled tubing support guide for maintaining an arch in a length of coiled tubing as it is unwound from a storage reel and feed into a coiled tubing injector connected with a wellhead is mounted to an elongated support structure rather than to the coiled tubing injector. The elongated support structure bears a load created by tension placed on the coiled tubing by the reel, thereby avoiding putting a bending moment on the wellhead. In alternate embodiment, a coiled tubing injector being held by a hoist line from the elongated support structure is coupled to the elongated support structure with a bending-resistant coupling that permits relative rotation of the coiled tubing injector.
