摘要： A method using auto-oxidation of an anthraquinone derivative in three successive steps, comprising hydrogenating the working solution (at 1), oxidising the hydrogenated working solution (at 2), and removing hydrogen peroxide using water (at 3). The hydrogenation step is performed in such a way that a hydrogen peroxide equivalent of around 7-9 g/l is achieved at the inlet of the oxidiser (2), and the oxidation step (b) is performed in such a way that the temperature at the top of the oxidiser (2) is below about 50 DEG C, and preferably around 35-40 DEG C. The method is useful for producing hydrogen peroxide in situ in a paper pulp bleaching plant.

This method comprises an activation pretreatment step using an organic peroxyacid such as paracetic acid before the oxygen delignification step or between two oxygen delignification stages. A level of delignification of about 70 to 75 % is obtained compared with about 50 % using the method of oxygen delignification with the usual pretreatment steps.

The composition is particularly useful for producing sanitary or disinfectant solutions.
