摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schutzschicht (8) auf der Oberfläche eines elektronischen Sensorelements (1,1a), wobei das Sensorelement (1,1a) mindestens ein Anschlusselement (3,3a) zum Anschließen an ein weiteres Bauelement (4) aufweist. Die Aufgabe, in einfacher und preisgünstiger Weise ein elektronisches Sensorelement (1,1a) bereitzustellen, das einen zuverlässigen und für die vorgesehenen Betriebsbedingungen ausreichenden Schutz aufweist, wobei die Antwortzeit des Sensorelements (1,1a) durch den Schutz möglichst wenig beeinträchtigt sein soll, wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, dass auf zumindest einen Teil der Oberfläche des elektronischen Sensorelements (1,1a) mittels Gasphasenabscheidung eine Schutzschicht (8) aufgebracht wird. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein elektronisches Sensorelement (1,1a), auf dessen Oberfläche eine Schutzschicht (8) mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren aufgebracht ist.
