摘要： In a belt transmission in which several units are driven by a common belt, a breakdown in one of the units can cause serious damage if the belt drive stops functioning. In order to avoid this, an overload protection is arranged which ensures driving of the other units and which disengages a unit which has broken down. In the unit in question, driving power is normally transmitted from the pulley (8), or other transmission wheel, via a friction clutch to the drive shaft (16) of the unit. The friction clutch comprises a clutch plate (22) with a number of attached pins (23) which engage, in a torque-transmitting manner, in a carrier (18) connected to the drive shaft (16) of the unit. The pins (23) are in this respect attached by means of solder joints (27) with a solder of such a chosen fusing point that the pins (23) are loosened by the heating which is obtained if the clutch plate (22) slides.

摘要： In an arrangement at a driver's compartment in a motor vehicle, with steering wheel (3), chair (4), and pedals forming part of a pedal arrangement (5), at least the positions of the chair and of the pedals are adjustable in the vehicle. The seat part (7) of the chair is in this case arranged to be automatically to be automatically adjusted to an increasingly higher position, along the vertically fixed backrest (6) of the chair, the farther forward the chair is moved, and the pedals are arranged to be simultaneously moved, together with a floor element (15), rearward and upward in the vehicle the farther forward the chair is moved. In this way, drivers of different heights can obtain a comfortable driving position relative to the steering wheel and pedals, with the head at essentially the same level (10) in the vehicle. The invention also relates to a pedal arrangement (5) suitable for such a compartment arrangement.
