摘要： The present application provides methods and related kits for the detection of a nucleotide difference between a target sequence and standard sequences. The methods include the determination of a melting temperature of a complex between an amplicon of the target sequence and a probe which is substantially identical to one of the standard sequences. The probe comprises a detectable label, linked to its 5' end as well as a quencher, linked to its 3' end. This method can be easily adapted for use with multiple probes and in multiplex PCR.

The mechanism is connected to the brake unit for actuation of said brake unit. The safety brake system also comprises a biasing unit. A trailer assembly is also provided.

The module is adapted to be connected to the transmission for determining if it is engaged in a position included in a first or a second group of positions, the second group including at least one position for which the vehicle remains stationary when the engine is shut down, and the first group including the remaining positions. The module emits a block signal when the transmission is engaged in one of the first group of positions. The blocking unit is adapted to define the only path through which a stop engine signal may circulate from the switch to the engine control unit. The blocking unit blocks the path between the switch and the engine control unit when it receives the block signal.

摘要： Nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) is employed as the cross-linker and reinforcement domain for developing nanocomposite hydrogels possessing high strength and improved diffusion property; the resulting nanocomposite hydrogels are shown to have high mechanical properties, reversible swelling ability, and are biodegradable and biocompatible; the approach relies on free radical polymerization to form the hydrogels using a variety of hydrophilic vinyl monomers. These hydrogels are suitable for developing highly absorbent hygiene products, as well as for applications in medicine, engineering materials and sensors.
