The structure comprises: a substrate (100); a SiGe layer with low Ge content formed on the substrate; a channel layer (900) with high Ge content formed on the SiGe layer; a gate stack (200) formed on the substrate and a sidewall (400) of one or more layers formed on both sides of the gate stack; metal source/drain (300) formed in the channel layer and on the both sides of the gate stack, respectively; and an insulation layer (600) formed between the substrate and the metal source and between the substrate and the metal drain, respectively. A method for forming the low Schottky barrier semiconductor structure is also provided.

At the side of a first user device, it receives an input of a comment when a requested multimedia content is being displayed on the first user device; in response to the input of the comment, it determines an offset value relative to the requested multimedia content, wherein the offset value indicates a start position of a segment of the requested multimedia content; and it sends a message containing the comment and the offset value to a comment server for distribution to other user devices among the plurality of user devices, wherein the other user devices are watching the requested multimedia content. So it allows the building of a relationship between users watching the same multimedia content.

摘要： An ion mobility sensor system including an ion mobility spectrometer and a differential mobility spectrometer coupled to the ion mobility spectrometer. The ion mobility spectrometer has a first chamber having first end and a second end extending along a first direction, and a first electrode system that generates a constant electric field parallel to the first direction. The differential mobility spectrometer includes a second chamber having a third end and a fourth end configured such that a fluid may flow in a second direction from the third end to the fourth end, and a second electrode system that generates an asymmetric electric field within an interior of the second chamber. Additionally, the ion mobility spectrometer and the differential mobility spectrometer form an interface region. Also, the first end and the third end are positioned facing one another so that the constant electric field enters the third end and overlaps the fluid flowing in the second direction.

摘要： A method of forming a well-anchored carbon nanotube (CNT) array, as well as thermal interfaces that make use of CNT arrays to provide very high thermal contact conductance. A thermal interface is formed between two bodies by depositing a continuous array of carbon nanotubes on a first of the bodies so that, on mating the bodies, the continuous array is between surface portions of the first and second bodies. The thermal interface preferably includes a multilayer anchoring structure that promotes anchoring of the continuous array of carbon nanotubes to the first body. The anchoring structure includes a titanium bond layer contacting the surface portion of the first body, and an outermost layer with nickel or iron catalytic particles from which the continuous array of carbon nanotubes are nucleated and grown. Additional thermal interface materials (TIM's) can be used in combination with the continuous array of carbon nanotubes.
