摘要： A personal hub for managing notifications across mobile devices and for separating the notification from the content. By separately managing the manner of notification provided to the user from its associated content, the personal hub may give a user more control over a number of mobile devices by allowing the user to escalate or dismiss different notifications across one or more mobile devices. Notifications may be managed based on device settings, priority settings, privilege settings, urgency flags, and/or other factors. In an embodiment, the user may receive an unobtrusive user-perceptible notification of an incoming communication from a personal hub that is less obtrusive than notifications which may be generated by the mobile device receiving the incoming communication.

Signaling messages and voice streams are transported using packet-switched protocols (IP). A CIC field (Circuit Identity Code) is used to identify at least one VoIP streams. The CIC field may be interpreted as a UDP port number for the voice over IP stream. Also, a synchronization source or contributing source filed of a RTP header may be used as the CIC field.

摘要： A mobile wireless terminal (MWT) (206) receives IP packets (404) destined for a ground network (234) in a predetermined sequence order. The MWT (206) fragments each of the IP packets into many smaller packet fragments (406), appends identifying information to each of the packet fragments (408), and transmits the packet fragments in parallel with one another (416) over concurrently operating satellite channels (240a-240n). A receiving station (180) receives the packet fragments (904) transmitted by the MWT (206). The receiving station (180) forwards the received packet fragments to a ground controller (232) over a network connection, based on the identifying information appended to the packet fragments. The ground controller (232) combines the packet fragments (908) into reconstructed IP packets based on the identifying information appended to the fragments. The ground controller (232) also sequences the reconstructed IP packets (1006) in the predetermined sequence order based on the identifying information. The ground controller (232) forwards the reconstructed IP packets (1008) in the correct sequence order to the destination ground network (234). The same sequence of events occur in the opposite direction as well i.e., from the ground controller to the MWT (206).

In some instances, the shared data is sensor data captured by a mobile device or media content being processed by the mobile device. The mobile devices in the group are configured to wirelessly communicate with each other and to share status information. Using the status information, the mobile devices can keep each other updated as to the operational status of each individual mobile device and, in some aspects, the status of a mobile device with respect to the user. The sensor data or media content can be forwarded to a different mobile device in response to a determination made based on the status information. 摘要： Systems and method are directed to reducing power consumption of a memory based on enabling partial page access. Based on system conditions such as operating frequency, access size for one or more memory access requests are determined. The access size is programmed in a mode register of the memory and one or more commands are issued for accessing the memory based on the programmed access size. Alternatively, the access sizes are specified within the one or more commands issued to the memory for accessing partial pages. Activating only the portion of a page corresponding to the partial page access reduces power consumption.
