摘要： There is provided a primer composition having a curative, a solvent, and an epoxide resin; wherein the curative is capable of reacting the epoxide resin; and further wherein; (a) the curative is capable of curing a perfluoroelastomer compound having at least one cure site and a crosslinking agent or catalyst; or (b) when the curative is not capable of curing the perfluoroelastomer compound, the perfluoroelastomer comprises a crosslinking agent or catalyst capable of curing the epoxide resin. The primer composition according to the present disclosure are used to bond perfluoroelastomer compounds to substrates. Methods of bonding a perfluoroelastomer compound to a substrate and multilayered articles comprising a perfluoroelastomer, a primer layer, and a substrate are also provided.

摘要： The present invention relates to a multilayer tube comprising, in its radial direction from the outside inwards: a polyamide outer layer (1); an inner layer (2) of a composition comprising, the total being 100%, 5 to 30% by weight of a blend (A) comprising: a polyethylene carrying epoxy functional groups, an impact modifier chosen from elastomers and very low density polyethylenes, the said impact modifier being completely or partly functionalized; 95 to 70% by weight of a blend (B) comprising: a fluoropolymer (B1), a functionalized fluoropolymer (B2), the proportion of (B2) being between 1 and 80% by weight of (A)+(B), the layers being successive and adhering to one another in their respective contact region. The inner layer is the layer in contact with the fluid being transported. According to one advantageous embodiment, a layer of functionalized polyolefin having functional groups capable of reacting with the functional groups of the fluoropolymer (B2) is placed between the layer (2) and the layer (3). The tube of the present invention has a very low permeability to the cooling liquid and to its additives (boric acid and its salts). These tubes also exhibit good resistance to fuels and to engine lubrication oils. This tube exhibits very good mechanical properties at low temperature and at high temperature. These tubes may be smooth or corrugated. The invention also relates to the use of these tubes for transporting cooling liquids.

摘要： Some variations provide a low-adhesion coating comprising a continuous matrix containing a first component, a plurality of inclusions containing a second component, and a solid-state lubricant distributed within the coating, wherein one of the first component or the second component is a low-surface-energy polymer, and the other of the first component or the second component is a hygroscopic material. The solid-state lubricant may be selected from graphite, graphene, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, hexagonal boron nitride, or poly(tetrafluoroethylene) or other fluoropolymers. The solid-state lubricant particles may be coated with a metal selected from cadmium, lead, tin, zinc, copper, nickel, or alloys containing one or more of these metals. The solid-state lubricant is typically characterized by an average particle size from about 0.1 microns to about 500 microns. The solid-state lubricant is preferably distributed throughout the coating.
