摘要： A system, comprising a sterilizable package (60) ; an implantable medical device (IMD) (10) placed inside the sterilizable package; and an electrical interface (50) electrically coupled to the implantable medical device and extending from inside the sterilizable package to outside the sterilizable package. In various embodiments, the interface in the form of a flexible circuit, may include package contacts (52) electrically coupled to electrode terminals on the implantable medical device, patient terminals (54) and conductors extending between the package contacts and the patient terminals. The packaging system allows to obtain pre-implant test data without compromising the sterility of the IMD within the package.

Each module within the implantable medical device provides therapy to a patient. The commonality between the two modules exists due to at least one common component shared by the two modules. In accordance with this disclosure, various isolation circuits located at various locations are disclosed to reduce or eliminate the commonality between the two modules. 摘要： An electrical parameter value indicative of an impedance of an electrical path between a first medical device implanted within a patient and a second medical device implanted within the patient may be determined by generating and delivering an electrical signal between electrodes connected to the first medical device and sensing the electrical signal with two or more sense electrodes connected to the second medical device. In some examples, the electrical parameter value indicative of the impedance may be used to detect a system integrity issue, such as relative movement between the first and second medical devices, such as between leads connected to the medical devices, or a lead-related condition. In other examples, the determined impedance may indicate a transthoracic impedance of the patient.
