摘要： Embodiments relate generally to systems and methods for dispensing and tracking products, such as condiments. The product dispenser includes an electronic actuator. A pouch filled with a product to be dispensed is disposed within the interior of the dispenser. The electronic actuator may comprise sensor and control circuitry including at least one sensor capable of reading an identifier tag associated with the pouch. The sensor and control circuitry may be configured to sense actuations of a user-operated actuator element and, based in part on the identifier tag, the sensor and control circuitry activates the motor to increase pressure on the pouch and to dispense the product from the dispenser. Data associated with a volume of product dispensed from the pouches can be used to track product use for inventory control.

The seal can have specific seal number and marking, color, or other features that makes it almost impossible to duplicate. Further the seal can have the capability to incude RFID tags, Bar Code, and or custom marking and can be applied to the banding clips without a use of any tool or secondary seal or number.

The strip includes a cover layer attached to a base layer to define a plurality of blisters therebetween that have one or more medications therein. The blisters are aligned in single file generally along the longitudinal axis between the first and second ends and/or otherwise arranged in single-dose packages adjacent one another, e.g., at least some of the single-dose packages including a plurality of blisters having different types of medications therein.
