The high-level description of the circuit is converted into an RTL description or a gate-level netlist. In this embodiment, the RTL description or the gate-level netlist describes hardware capable of implementing the dynamic pointer dereferencing operations. The hardware can comprise, for instance, one or more multiplexers and/or one or more demultiplexers.

In one embodiment, the device hash a first high refractive index layer (215) overlying a reflective surface (205) of an integrated circuit, a first low refractive index layer (220) overlying the first high refractive index layer, a second high refractive index layer (225) overlying the first low refractive index layer, and a second low refractive index layer (230) overlying the second high refractive index layer. The alternating layers of high refractive index material and low refractive index material operate to form an optical trap, allowing light to pass through readily in one direction, but not so easily in a reverse direction. The dual alternating layer topology improves the antireflective properties of the antireflective layer and permits a wide range of adjustments for manipulating reflectivity and color point. A method of fabrication is also disclosed.

摘要： According to one embodiment of the invention, a semiconductor device (200) includes a first layer of dielectric material (208) disposed upon an upper surface of a substrate (226) of a semiconductor device and a first non-conductive layer of metal (206) disposed upon an upper surface of the dielectric material. The first layer of dielectric material and the first non-conductive layer of metal act as an optical trap for electromagnetic radiation received by the first non-conductive layer of metal. In particular embodiments, the semiconductor device may further comprise a second layer of dielectric material disposed upon an upper surface of the first non-conductive layer of metal and a second non-conductive layer of metal disposed upon an upper surface of the second layer of dielectric material.
