摘要： The disclosure presents a composite conduit formwork structure which includes a cylindrical outer casing adapted to bond with a cylindrical inner casing which are maintained at a fixed distance apart by a plurality of radial stanchions. The inner casing and outer casing form an interior void which is filled with concrete during manufacture. The outer casing and inner casing remain in place to protect the structure once completed. A novel method of assembly is also provided whereby radial stanchions are rotated between the outer casing and inner casing. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

摘要： A modular barrier panel and a barrier formed therewith and methods and systems for construction of the panel and barrier. The panel includes an aboveground portion and a base portion. The aboveground portion includes a grid-like configuration having a plurality of vents that are sized to limit passage of a human therethrough but that enable viewing through the panel. The base portion includes a plurality of side-by-side, waffle-shaped sections with openings therethrough. The panels can be cast on-site, cured overnight, and immediately installed in the barrier formation. The panels are installed in a trench and the base portions are encased in concrete; the openings in the base allow the concrete to flow to both sides of the panel. Sensors, including cameras and vibration sensors, may be installed in the base section or in the foundation concrete or on the aboveground portion to detect actions on, over, or under the barrier.

摘要： A recyclable formwork adds a new function without destroying other functions of the recyclable formwork. The recyclable formwork includes a main unit including a contact surface contacting with cast concrete, a non-contact surface parallel and opposite to the contact surface, and a plurality of ribs projecting from the non-contact surface and reinforcing the main unit. A case is housed between the plurality of ribs and fixed on the non-contact surface. A circuit is stored in the case. A highest point of the case at the side of the non-contact surface is not higher than a highest point of upper ends of the plurality of ribs.

摘要： The form panel for placing concrete of the present invention is a form panel (30) comprising a hollow sheathing section (32) made of plastic, one side of which forms a concrete placing surface (31), and hollow side panel sections (33) bent out at right angles from both side edges of the sheathing section (32) on an opposite side of the sheathing section (32) to the concrete placing surface (31), wherein projecting sections (40) which extend in a vertical direction are provided on an outside surface (38) of the side panel section (33), and one of the sides of one of the projecting sections (40) is coplanar with the concrete placing surface (31) of the sheathing section (32), and on the projecting sections (40), notches (41) are formed at respectively the same position and orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the projecting sections (40). This type of form panel (30)allows the formwork fittings used with conventional plywood form panels to be used at the time of erection (installation), is lightweight and has good workability, is durable, does not easily leak concrete, and can be recycled.

摘要： An assembly comprising a foam piece adapted for use in concrete casting, the foam piece having a front surface, a back surface, and edges, the assembly further comprising a flexible, non-permeable plastic film surrounding the foam piece. In one aspect of the invention, the plastic film surrounding the foam piece is heat shrunk. In another aspect of the invention, the foam piece defines a block out for use in concrete casting. The assembly may include a wood beam in a groove in the foam piece, which beam can receive nails so that the assembly can be secured to a concrete casting form. The plastic film allows the foam piece to be easily removed from hardened concrete and reused.
