    • A grid device for horizontally disposing reinforcement rods in a poured-in-place wall mold cavity formed on a building site and defined by opposed molding surfaces of opposed vertically disposed wall molding panels. The grid device comprises a plurality of elongate elements and a plurality of tie members fixedly connected substantially perpendicular to and laterally spaced with respect to each other along the elongate elements for freely positioning the reinforcement rods within the mold cavity at a preselected horizontal location between the opposed molding surfaces and at preselected vertical locations spaced along the molding surfaces. The grid device is sufficiently rigid to project outwardly from a vertically disposed molding surface and to horizontally suspend the reinforcement rods when the grid device is attached to the vertically disposed molding surface. The grid device is removably attached to the wall forming panels for extending vertically along and substantially parallel to the vertically disposed molding surfaces to retain the reinforcement rods in place between the wall forming panels at preselected horizontal and vertical locations while hardenable material is being poured into the wall mold cavity and allowed to harden.

    • A concrete form comprises cross members, plywood, and metal studs. The studs include a front wall, a rear wall, and a pair of side walls, the walls arranged to form a generally rectangular cross-section. A pair of inner walls extends between and perpendicular to the pair of side walls. A pair of flanges extends from the side walls. The flanges are aligned with each other and positioned between the front wall and the pair of inner walls. A portion of each stud is adapted for complementary engagement with the cross members. The cross members are attached to at least one of the inner walls and the flanges of the cut portion of the studs, and the plywood is mounted to the rear wall.

    • A concrete form has an embossed panel for molding a facade of brickwork in a particular pattern on a concrete wall or the like. Specially constructed support beams, struts and flanges are secured to the panel on the back of the panel to prevent undesired deformation of the borders. Each flange has a panel engaging surface and a plurality of projections on the surface adapted to be received within depressions in the borders presented by the brickwork pattern. The panel is embossed to resemble a brickwork pattern, and the marginal borders vertically traverse the pattern through vertically aligned joints in alternate courses, the flanges having similarly arranged projections to be received within the spaced depressions presented by the aligned, vertically spaced joints.

    • A corner form assembly for forming inside corners of concrete structures. A pair of double bias form components, each of which has an acute angle between a side rail and the face sheet are arranged with the side rails in contact engagement to form a form assembly with an inside angle equal to twice the acute angle of the side rails. A reverse bias coupler is used to join the double bias form components with conventional wall form panels having 90null end rails.
