    • The invention relates to a structural member and a process for producing a structural member with at least one layer of plastic and with a layer inside the structural member of a material that has a substantially higher modulus of elasticity than plastic. The member also has at least one system plane that is part of the structural member and along which the structural member has substantially homogenous properties and a substantially homogeneous structure. The invention is characterized in that along the system plane, at least one inner layer and a respective outer layer consisting of plastic are provided between which two layers each separated from each other and traversing the system plane with the second higher modulus of elasticity are provided.

    • Webs for reducing bending in board-shaped construction elements when in use have their main direction of load perpendicular to the board plane. The devices have a sandwich of at least one first material layer, one second material layer, and one third material layer. The third material layer lies between the other two material layers and has a substantially higher coefficient of heat expansion than the other two material layers, so as to set up contracting biasing forces in the third material layer. The third material is made of a sheet metal strip. The two other materials are made of thermosetting plastic, which sets at a temperature considerably above the working temperature of the construction element.

    • A steel section has a protuberance which rests on the outer circumferential surface of a framework panel concrete. A first short flange rests on the inner side of the panel. A second, long flange extends perpendicular to the framework panel and has a shallow V-shaped indentation. A third, short, flange lies parallel to the framework panel and a fourth flange continues to the protuberance. The third flange consists of two part-flanges butt-welded and flush-machined on the outer surface. The protuberance has three walls. The second, short, wall is parallel to the framework panel. The third wall is bent back to the first wall at an acute angle. The corner angle between the first flange and the third wall is less than 90 degrees.
