摘要： The present invention relates to a structure for fastening composite structures, and more particularly, to a sewing machine for stitching composite materials which is capable of automatically and continuously stitching the composite structures by using a high-rigidity fiber in order to laminate and join the composite materials. The sewing machine for stitching composite materials according to the present invention automatically and continuously performs a stitching operation for joining composite materials by using a high-rigidity composite fiber for joining the composite materials, and as a result, it is possible to reduce process time for joining the composite materials and improve productivity.

The needle has a lower eye (4) in the stem (2) which is close to the tip (3) and an upper eye (6 in FIG. 1, and 15 in FIG. 2), and a thread-guiding groove (7) on one side running along the stem (2) and connecting the eyes (4 and 6 in FIGS. 1, and 4 and 15 in FIG. 2). The needle also has a transitional segment (5 in FIG. 1, and 14 in FIG. 2) between the lower end of the shank (1) and the upper end of the stem (2). The stem is offset with respect to the shank (1) but runs parallel thereto; the upper eye (6 in FIG. 1, and 15 in FIG. 2) is in the transitional segment (5 in FIG. 1 and 14 in FIG. 2) and is aligned with the thread-guiding groove (7).

摘要： A method and device are disclosed for forming reinforcement elements from resistant fibers distributed along three dimensions, in which method, a continuous fiber is introduced in a substrate resting on a support formed of such fibers crossed in at least two directions, by stitching, from the free face of said substrate opposite said support by means of a needle driven with a reciprocal movement, a relative movement being in addition generated between said support and said needle so that said continuous fiber is formed inside said substrate of a succession of consecutive segments forming a zig-zag line.The invention is remarkable in that:said needle is curved and imposes on each segment of said continuous fiber a similar curved form; andthe reciprocal movement of said curved needle occurs while rotating about an axis perpendicular to the plane of said needle and disposed on the concave side thereof.

摘要： A lockstitch sewing machine utilizing a needle looper to extend upwardly through a work material to grasp an upper thread and pull it downwardly through the work material to a looptaker which casts the upper thread about a lower thread in order to form a lockstitch. When the needle looper is in an upper position to catch an upper thread, a hook needle is exposed and thread is deflected into the hook thereof. As the needle looper is retracted to a depressed position the hook needle is moved to a guard position so as to retain the upper thread therein during transit. When the needle looper is at its lower position, the hook is again exposed to release its thread to a looptaker for concatenation with a lower thread.

摘要： The stitching device is used for stitching work, for instance, on upholstery or mattresses and includes a hollow needle (1), and intermediate piece (2), and a guide tube (3) for a push rod. Laterally on the intermediate piece there is attached a magazine (14) in which a stack of pins (5) is located. On the magazine there is also provided a handle (6) and a holder (7) for a thread bobbin (71). The thread (F) goes through the entire stack of pins and emerges the needle (1) laterally at the bottom. During operation, the needle (1) is pushed through the object to be sewn until its point protrudes at the bottom of the object. By pressure on the bottom (33), the push rod is operated and pushes a single pin (5) out of the lower opening of the needle with the needle pulling the thread along therewith. Now the needle can be pulled out of the object--with the pin (5) holding the thusly formed loop on the bottom side of the object.
