摘要： In order to heat a bag filled, for example, with a food product to a predeterminable temperature, the entire cassette (1) has been heated in the past. The invention relates to a cassette (1) made of plastic, wherein in each of the cassette shells (2, 3) a receiving recess (10) is formed, in each of which a respective heat-conducting plate (11) is arranged securely in position. A heating element (20) is applied to the heat-conducting plate (11) and the heat-conducting plate (11) is retained in an insulated manner on the respective cassette shell (2, 3) such that a thermal insulating air gap remains between the heat-conducting plate (11) or the heating element (20) and the cassette shell (2, 3).

摘要： A heating device for use in the cylinder head of an internal combustion engine for heating the air/fuel mixture entering the cylinder head from the intake manifold. The heating device includes a frame or mounting member supporting an electric heating element having a plurality of resistance ribbons coupled to the mounting member by a plurality of mounting posts preferably formed by a plurality of threaded bolts. A power source may be electrically connected to one end of the heating element thereby providing an electric current which passes through the resistance ribbons. A securing arrangement, including a plurality of nuts threaded to cooperate with the threaded bolts and a plurality of conducting and insulating spacers disposable on the bolts, are provided to separate and rigidly couple the resistance ribbons to the mounting posts as a result of the compressive forces generated by the tightening of the bolts relative to the threaded nuts. The heating device allows the resistance ribbons to be connected in parallel or in series with the power source.

摘要： An upright radiant electrical heater has a reflector assembly supporting a vertically-extending heating element assembly that radiates energy through substantially 360 degree. The reflector assembly includes heat reflective panels that disperse heat horizontally over substantially 90 degrees through an open grill at the front of the heater and vertically in a substantially uniform manner so that hot spots are avoided. A fan forces room air into the heater from below the reflector assembly, upwardly through an air passage behind the assembly into an open control chamber at the top of the heater, and outwardly into the room through ducts along the top front edge of the assembly. A thermostatic control for the heating element assembly and the fan motor is located in the air passage at the top of the heater. The flowing air maintains the exterior of the heater relatively cool to the touch, allowing parts of the housing to be molded from a thermoplastic material into aesthetically-pleasing shapes. Power is supplied to the heating element assembly by one or more cold wires including a horizontally-extending cold wire section located between the bottom of the heating element assembly and the top of the fan blade. The heating element assembly includes coiled resistance wires which are mounted in tension in order to reduce noise created by the heating element assembly when first energized.

In one embodiment, a lower U-shaped channel has recesses in opposed sidewalls to engage down-turned ends of holding elements. A second U-shaped channel is attached to form a hollow duct open at opposite ends. In a second embodiment, a U-shaped channel is made of flexible material so that the spacing between opposed sidewalls may be varied. A holding element is secured between the sidewalls by separating the sidewalls to allow insertion of the holding means.
